Circle Time Guidelines

Circle Time is here to support you in providing a preschool environment to try to attain some normalcy for your little one.  We have spent the past couple of months trying to meet the growing needs of our community.  We have developed a few ways to support you in whichever route fits your family best.

Learning Pods

We will have a sensory based educational program that meets the developmental needs of your child. 

In person guidelines:

• Children may not enter the pod if they have had a fever, sore throat, or cough in the last 10 days. 

• You must notify Circle Time staff immediately if your child or anyone in the household has been exposed to COVID19 and/or tested positive for the virus within the last 10 days.

• Only registered children will be allowed to enter the preschool pod environment

• Before entry, the child and parent will have their temperatures checked.

• Children will be required to sanitize their hands.

• Parents will sign the children in and sign children out.

• Children will be encouraged to learn the guidelines.

Materials 

• All materials will be cleaned and sanitized before each use.

Snacks

• Due to the nature of our current situation we will have a snack time but all students will be required to bring their own snack packed in their personal bag/lunch bag with your child’s name;

• Please ensure that the snack is nutritious and NUT FREE;

• Water bottles that are labeled with your child’s name is ideal for daily use.  

Staff Guidelines

• Staff will ensure all cleaning and sanitizing measures are taken properly;

• Staff will ensure safety guidelines are being followed.
